  • Screen not connecting / Device not found

    If you notice problems connecting your monitor, such as the message "Device not found", this is most often due to your USB drivers not being up to date. Updating drivers ensures your hardware functions properly and takes advantage of new features and security updates. Device drivers play a crucial role in the smooth operation of your computer. Without up-to-date drivers, you may experience hardware malfunctions or poor performance. You can find more detailed instructions for updating USB drivers on our FAQ page.

  • TURZX program download fails or is slow

    The program for Turzx monitors must be downloaded from the page provided in product description and in our homepage installation instructions. Sometimes downloads pile up at the same time, so it can overload our servers. If your browser won't let you start downloading, try browsing in incognito (private) mode, or using other web browsers. If your firewall is blocking the download, please disable it for the duration of the download or allow the download manually. You can also try the following options, such as:

    • Reset of browser settings
    • Or a full browser reset

  • I was sent the wrong product or I want to return it

    If you have any questions about your order, such as the status of your order delivery, or a return, please contact us via the "Contact us" form above. We do not have direct instructions for returns, as we use different shipping partners. For each return of an order, we send a return shipping label, which is attached to the package before shipping. Returns are also free for our customers. If we make a mistake, you do not pay for it. We will cover all shipping costs related to the return.

I haven't received a tracking number for my order? What could be the reason for the delay?

If you want the product delivered as quickly as possible. We recommend using Paypal as a payment method. This way you avoid bank transfer delays and we can process your order the same day. Using other payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Unionpay, Bancontact, iDeal, ShopPay, ApplePay or GooglePay, the arrival of the payment for the order to us may be slightly delayed. We process and ship orders once payment has been received.

In order to offer our customers free shipping, we generally use the cheapest but fastest option for delivery.
For this reason, the tracking number may redirect the customer to the tracking page of an external logistics company.
