I had the 3.5" screen for a while and loved it. I then purchased the 8.8" screen in white to match my white case and wow! It's much nicer and works even better!
8.8" screen has video background, interactive themes (i.e. high CPU usage displays a red ring around the circle in blue vertical theme), and the extra real estate shows more information. Some of the themes actually shows historical usage. Also, the white version comes with white right-angle USB A to C cable and white internal cables. Nice touch!
The included brackets helps extend the variety of mounting positions. I tried horizontal vs vertical in various positions in my case but settled for what's in the picture.
best of the best 8.8 love it.
thx
I like it. Given what some people have created Im sure, with time, Ill be able to make a very personal screen theme. It wouldn't hurt to publish a tutorial in how to do it.. any hint would be appreciated.
If this goes well Ill purchase a second for another computer in the network.
great screen easy to use
Do not install USB serial drivers for this device. I made the same mistake and got no connection. Use the standard Windows drivers (even if it should offer you other drivers) for the display. Use the software from Turzx version 2.4. Since then it works fine for me.
