WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 5-14 days for your order to arrive.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Orders are trackable. When you place an order, depending on the payment method, we will process the order once your payment reaches us. Please note that some payment methods cause a bank delay. Once we have received payment, we will pack and send the product for courier pickup. When the courier/logistics company accepts the order for delivery, a tracking number will be generated for the customer. You will receive the tracking number to the same email address you used when placing the order.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Shipping Policies:

  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    Please note that during high-volume periods (holidays, sales, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

  2. Shipping Times
    We work with international suppliers, shipping times vary depending on your location.
    Estimated delivery times:
    United States: 7–15 business days
    Canada: 10–20 business days
    United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
    Australia: 10–20 business days
    Europe: 7–20 business days
    Rest of World: 10–25 business days
    Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
    Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  3. We offer FREE shipping.

  4. Order Tracking - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

  5. Incorrect Address
    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
    If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost:
    We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
    Reshipping fees may apply.
    Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.

  6. Lost or Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy)
    Once an order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
    Check around your property and with neighbors.
    Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
    Contact your local post office.
    We recommend selecting secure delivery locations or signature confirmation when available.

  7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
    These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  8. Multiple Shipments
    Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
    You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

  9. Shipping Delays
    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
    Carrier issues
    Customs clearance
    Natural disasters
    Weather conditions
    Incorrect address information
    High shipping volume periods
    Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
